The candidates on a post of directors have held the lion’s share of all resumes on a labour market in I quarter of 2008. And such branches as metallurgy and IT could show equal quantity of the resume on the given post - 71.4 %.
On fields of activity the most numerous offers are in development and management. Being based on data a recruiting agency the building and development are the leaders among another branches of this field of activity - 50,7 %. Candidates from mechanical engineering and electronics choose on the same level not only this field of activity, but economy and the finance - on 38,1 %. The thermal power station and petrochemistry is allocated from other branches. There is the greatest offer of managers in economy and the finance - 25 % from all resumes in branch. And in such branches as IT, on the second place experts in HR, Recruitment stand - 28.6 % and 15 % accordingly.
Thermal power station and petrochemistry isthe youngest and the most perspective fields for candidates. Here, according to analysts, 40 % of all resumes are occupied with experts aged till 29 years. Candidates at the age from 30 till 34 years choose for themselves mechanical engineering and electronics - 25 % of all resumes in branch. Banks and the finance are in the lead by quantity of offers from candidates at the age from 35 till 39 years - 45 % of all resumes in branch. Transport and logistics it is preferable to top-managers at the age from 40 till 44 years - 42,9 % of all resumes in branch. And metallurgy and metall trading is the most aged branch among everything, 42,9 % of all resumes belong to candidates are at the age from 45 years and enior.
