Best Place to Work
Wall Street Journal, the authoritative American edition, has published the results of the research with a purpose to define the best employers in Central and the Eastern Europe. Following the results of a rating "Hortitsa" has entered ÒÎÐ-10 along with Microsoft and McDonald’s.
The rating of the Best Employers Central and the Eastern Europe is made by the international company Hewitt Associates representing services in sphere of management by the personnel. During research company Hewitt has analysed opinions about 120 000 employees from more than 600 companies functioning in the market more of two years. Interrogation passed in 12 countries Central and the Eastern Europe, including Austria, Bulgaria, Turkey, Poland, Russia, Ukraine. The technique of carrying out of research «Best Employers» consisted in the multilateral analysis:
- Research of the Involvement of Employees (studying of a working environment, development of career, professional growth, influence of wages and indemnifications, internal relations, balance of a personal and working life, an involvement and satisfaction of employees of the company).
- Research of the Leaders Group (studying of opinions of the first person and managers of the top echelon about philosophy of the organisation, coordination of leading group work, strategy of the company and business priorities).
- «HR-Audit» (studying of strategy and principles of work of a command of HR-department and the HR-head, otherwise, studying of a brand of the employer).
This year, according to recommendations of the European Union, the best employers of Europe defined in two categories: the average and large companies. In a rating of large companies "Hortitsa" has entered in ÒÎÐ-10 (the eighth place), having outstripped such large corporations, as Mars and Hewlett-Packard.
