Why can the employees of one company have a day off with a care sheet when being ill and employees of another company can’t do that?
It’s not a secret for anybody, that in each organisation exists the culture, in particular and in relation to sick-lists. In some organisations the private rule exists to show a personal example of top managers. The illness is not a hindrance. In any condition with a stock of medical products or without those top-managers appear on the workplaces, showing to subordinates, that work is above all. Such behaviour of a management, of course influences the most part of employees.
Other part of employers prefers to care of the collective, giving to employees rather "weighty" social package.
This companies let their employees one or two days off if there are the symptoms of an illness an can manage paying off not oly partial expences based on illigal accounting but all the money. Such order is presumed frequentlyonly by the large, stably developing companies.
Many organisations follow the law. The worker can be absent on a workplace if there is a real necessity to be absent because of illness.
